Data Broker KRS

Data on Polish companies, ready for analysis

The KRS company register, filed financial statements, ratios, ownership and beneficial owners — plus healthcare providers and their NFZ contracts, IVF clinics and banks (ROiB), pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers, medicinal products, patents, public aid, building permits, the financial market (KNF registers), telecom operators (UKE register), pollutant releases and transfers (PRTR register), public procurement and EU-funded projects (MFiPR lists) — in one API, one web app, and in Claude through an MCP server. Everything comes from public registers; we do not estimate or fill in anything.

Companies and financials

Company search

By name, NIP, KRS number and PKD code, with classification suggestions.

Company profile and statements

Registry data and filed statements year by year — banks, insurers and non-profits included — with Excel export.

Live KRS register

The current entry straight from the court register, fetched on demand — including bankruptcy, restructuring and liquidation (sections 4 and 6).

Ownership links

Shareholders, stakes and a graph of links between entities.

Beneficial owners

CRBR data by NIP, with national ID numbers (PESEL) kept masked.

Markets and PKD classification

Financial ratios, sector aggregates and benchmarks along the PKD tree.

Sector markets and registers

Healthcare market

Healthcare providers from RPWDL: facilities, specialties and beds, linked to KRS companies — and their contracts with the National Health Fund (NFZ) year by year, with products and values.

Fertility treatment

The Ministry of Health’s ROiB register: assisted-reproduction (IVF) clinics and gamete and embryo banks — with their permits, scope of activity and the places where it is carried out, and for banks the permit to import from and export to non-EU countries — linked to KRS companies. Plus operator rankings and a map.

Pharmaceutical market

Pharmacies from the national register: owners, chains, market shares and a map. Plus the wholesalers of the Rejestr Hurtowni Farmaceutycznych (the GIF’s pharmaceutical wholesale register): their sites, permits and permitted scope, transshipment chambers and special permits (narcotic and psychotropic substances, precursors), with owners linked to KRS companies — and one map of the whole chain, from wholesale sites and their chambers to pharmacies. A permit is a scope and a capability, not sales: the register does not say whom a wholesaler supplies.

Medicinal products

The medicinal products register (RPL): substances, ATC codes, packages and marketing authorisation holders.

GIF decisions

Pharmaceutical inspectorate recalls, suspensions and bans, matched to products and companies.

Patents and trademarks

The Polish Patent Office (UPRP) register: patents, trademarks and designs, with owners, inventors and classification.

Public aid

SUDOP data (UOKiK): aid received by a company, the grantors and the programmes.

EU funds

Projects from the MFiPR lists (2021–2027, 2014–2020) and the 2007–2013 beneficiary list (dane.gov.pl): programmes, project value and contracted EU co-financing, themes and places of implementation, matched to KRS companies — as beneficiaries and, for 2021–2027, as contractors. Shown beside SUDOP public aid, never added to it.

Building investments

Building permits from the GUNB register, matched to companies and developer groups.

Financial market

KNF registers: banks, insurers, pension fund societies, payment and loan institutions, credit intermediaries, pawnshops, investment fund managers and funds. Plus the KNF public warnings list (Lista ostrzeżeń publicznych KNF): entries quoted word for word, with the list’s sections and the changes DBRO sees between downloads, matched to KRS companies only where the link is certain. One source among others when checking a counterparty (compliance, due diligence) — an entry means a notification of a suspected offence, or the KNF Chairman joining proceedings, not a finding that an offence was committed.

Telecom market

The register of telecommunications undertakings kept by the President of UKE: who is entered, since when and whether struck off, which services each declared — each marked retail, wholesale or sale (detal, hurt, sprzedaż in the register’s words) — which network types and which area, linked to KRS companies by NIP. Plus rankings by declared services and years in the register, the register in figures, and the changes DBRO sees between successive downloads. These are declarations to the register, not network reach or customer numbers.

Environment

GIOŚ’s national PRTR register (the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection): industrial facilities and their annual reports since 2007 — releases of each substance to air, water and soil, transfers of pollutants in waste water and of waste off site (hazardous and other, for recovery or disposal) — linked to KRS companies by a REGON confirmed by name. Plus rankings and trends of one substance in one medium, a facility map and a DBRO ratio: kilograms of a substance per million złoty of the operator’s revenue. These are reports above the E-PRTR thresholds, not a company’s whole environmental footprint, and no report does not mean zero emissions. The company profile also links to the BDO register.

Public procurement

Contracts a company won in tenders above the EU thresholds (TED), and tenders it published as a contracting authority (BZP), fetched on demand.

What you can do on the platform

The web app at platform.dbro.pl and the API work on the same data.

  • Compare companies

Several companies side by side: statements, ratios and charts in one view.

  • My company lists

Your own sets of companies with aggregates, trends and year-on-year change.

  • My segments

Your own list of entities — with or without a KRS number, by NIP or REGON — narrowing the healthcare, pharmaceutical, building and financial markets, and EU funds.

  • Compare segments

PKD industries set against each other on the same measures.

  • Market analytics

Aggregates and benchmarks for any slice of the market.

  • Trends and year-on-year change

How statement items and ratios move from year to year.

  • Rankings and market shares

In the pharmacy market: operators, chains, brands and a pharmacy map.

  • Presentation generator

A ready PowerPoint slide from tables and charts, in one click.

  • XLSX, CSV and PPTX export

Any table to Excel or CSV, charts to a presentation.

  • API with your own key

Generate a key in the app; the same data as the app, over a REST API.

  • MCP server for Claude

Claude reads DBRO data on your behalf; disconnect it under account settings in the app.

Ready for AI agents

Two routes to the same data: an MCP server through which Claude reaches DBRO data itself, and a REST API described in OpenAPI 3.1 — for agents you build yourself.

MCP server

Claude uses DBRO data directly, over the Model Context Protocol. Every answer names its source and the date the data is current to, with a link to the same view in the app.

Server address

https://mcp.dbro.pl/mcp

Connect it in Claude

In claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Claude Code, add a custom connector with this address and sign in with your DBRO account (OAuth). Sign in to the app once with the same account first.

Agents with no sign-in

The Agent SDK, the Messages API and Managed Agents send a data key from the app in an Authorization: Bearer header — usage counts against that key.

Read-only, same limits

No tool changes anything. Every call counts against the same plan limits as the matching API request.

Disconnect in one click

The “Claude (MCP)” connector is listed in the app under Konto → Klucze API. Disconnecting takes effect at once, and signing in to Claude again does not undo it.

What an agent can do: 65 tools

  • Companies and the KRS register

Search by name, NIP, KRS number, PKD, region and revenue; the registry profile; live from the KRS, the board and any bankruptcy, restructuring or liquidation. Plus the company’s entries in the other registers, NFZ contracts and public procurement included.

  • Statements and ratios

Statements as filed, ratios year by year, several companies in one table, and the lines a financial model needs: EBITDA, cash flows, capex, FCF and net debt.

  • Owners and beneficial owners

Shareholders and stakes, every company one shareholder holds, the ownership graph, and beneficial owners read live from CRBR.

  • Markets and PKD

Aggregates for a PKD code or region, multi-year trends, a regional breakdown, company rankings and a company’s standing among its peers; the PKD 2007 tree.

  • Market segments and your lists

The DBRO segment catalogue, classified by register entries rather than PKD — with members, aggregates and dynamics; and the company lists you saved in the app.

  • Healthcare, NFZ and fertility treatment

Healthcare providers from RPWDL with their specialties and structure, their NFZ contracts year by year, and the networks and ownership groups. From the ROiB register, IVF clinics and gamete and embryo banks: a search, the full entry with its status on the day of the call, permits (for banks, the non-EU import and export permit too) and places of activity, and the register in figures — voivodeships and operator rankings.

  • Pharmaceutical market

Pharmacies from the national register with operator and status, operators’ market shares, openings and closures, capital groups and brands. From the Rejestr Hurtowni Farmaceutycznych: a wholesale-site search, the full entry with its status on the day of the call beside the register’s own, the permit and its scope, special permits and transshipment chambers, and the register in figures — operators ranked by infrastructure and permitted scope, voivodeships, the register’s permit changes and the changes DBRO observed.

  • Medicines and GIF decisions

Medicinal products from RPL, active substances, ATC codes and marketing authorisation holders, and decisions of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.

  • Patents and trademarks

Search across the whole UPRP register, full records and the register in figures — and a single right read live from the Patent Office.

  • Public aid

Public aid and de minimis cases from SUDOP, and the largest beneficiaries, grantors and programmes.

  • EU funds

A company’s EU co-financed projects across all three funding periods — with programmes, themes, places of implementation and co-financing as a share of revenue — a project search, and the market in figures: beneficiary rankings, programmes, themes and voivodeships. Amounts in PLN and EUR kept apart, and SUDOP public aid shown beside, never added.

  • Building investments

Building-permit decisions and applications from the GUNB register, and the most active investors and developers.

  • Financial market

Entries in the KNF registers, an entity’s full record and an overview of the registers. From the KNF public warnings list: an entry search by name, KRS, NIP or REGON and by section of the list, and the entries matched to a company — quoted word for word, with their history. Every answer opens with the disclaimer that an entry means a notification of a suspected offence, or the KNF Chairman joining proceedings, not a finding that an offence was committed.

  • Telecom market

From the UKE register of telecommunications undertakings: an operator search, the full entry with its status on the day of the call, its services (detal, hurt, sprzedaż), network types, area and the changes DBRO observed between downloads, and the register in figures — services, networks, the voivodeships of the seats and rankings by what operators declared.

  • Environment

From GIOŚ’s PRTR register: a facility search, a facility’s full profile with its reports year by year — releases of each substance to air, water and soil, transfers in waste water and of waste — and the changes DBRO observed, and the market in figures: rankings and trends of one substance in one medium, operators and aggregates. Substances are never added together, and a missing report is a missing report, not a zero.

  • Export and source catalogue

A link to a file with a register module’s whole filtered result, and the list of sources with their publisher and as-of date.

REST API

OpenAPI 3.1 specification

Every endpoint described in the standard that agent frameworks turn into tools (tool calling), with no hand-written definitions.

One key in one header

X-API-Key, generated in the app. A data key only reads — it cannot create or revoke keys — so you can hand it to an agent, and revoke it if you need to.

Predictable JSON

Companies identified by KRS number and NIP, the same fields in every response — the agent never has to guess what comes back.

Limits an agent can read

X-RateLimit-* headers on every response and HTTP 429 once a limit is used up — the agent knows when to stop, and you do not pay for a runaway loop.
